RETURNS

At Luxe Picks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect each piece prior to shipment in order to ensure our customers are receiving top quality products. We take the condition of our items very seriously, and therefore, we will only accept exchanges on our pieces that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including packaging) with tags attached. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by us.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, a wrong size or a wrong product, please email us within seven days so we can immediately resolve your issue.
